Introduction

Anusorn Thanyapalit (b. Phrae, Thailand) is an artist whose predominant installation practice explores ways of stimulating new sensory experiences by translating, transforming, and editing information across media. Grounded in detailed research spanning history, culture, anthropology, society, and the environment, his work synthesizes large narratives into objects and processes that are intricate and layered, inviting exploration of complex ideas.

He has participated in 'This page is intentionally left _____.' Bangkok Kunsthalle (2025), BRAND NEW Art Project, Bangkok University Gallery (2017), the Guandu International Nature Art Festival, Taipei, Taiwan (2019, 2024), and the GMS Artist Residency (2024). In 2022, he co-founded the decentralized art network ‘Pootorn Connect’.

Anusorn currently lives and works in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
