Marketing Manager
Responsible for planning, managing, and driving deCentral’s marketing strategy in alignment with the organization’s business direction and objectives. The role covers the development of marketing plans, brand communications across online and offline channels, campaign management, promotional activities, and event execution, with the aim of building brand awareness, increasing visitor and user engagement, enhancing positive experiences for target audiences, and supporting the achievement of business performance goals.
Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Develop short-term and long-term marketing strategies aligned with deCentral business objectives.
- Prepare the annual marketing plan, including campaign plans, promotional plans, and marketing activity calendars for each period.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, competitors, and business opportunities to support marketing strategy formulation.
- Manage and control the marketing budget effectively, transparently, and with maximum cost efficiency.
Brand Communication
- Define and oversee the overall brand communication direction of deCentral to ensure clarity, consistency, and standardized messaging across all channels.
- Manage marketing communication across both online and offline channels to effectively reach target audiences.
- Review and control the quality of public relations materials, advertising media, and marketing content prior to publication.
- Support the enhancement of brand awareness and brand engagement through appropriate tools and communication channels.
Campaign and Event Management
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns to ensure achievement of objectives, timelines, budgets, and required standards.
- Manage promotional activities, events, and special activities of deCentral.
- Coordinate with relevant internal and external parties to ensure smooth and effective execution of activities.
- Evaluate activity results and apply insights to improve future activity and event planning.
Digital and Offline Marketing Execution
- Supervise digital marketing execution, including social media, online content, media placement, and other digital channels.
- Manage offline media and on-site promotional materials to ensure alignment with marketing plans and brand image.
- Monitor the performance of each marketing channel and improve execution methods based on actual results.
- Work with agencies, suppliers, and partners to ensure that deliverables meet the required quality and standards.
Performance Monitoring, Reporting and Website Management
- Monitor, analyze, and summarize performance results across marketing, communication, and website management dimensions.
- Oversee, follow up, and coordinate updates of website information, content, images, news, and related details to ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and alignment with marketing plans and organizational brand image.
- Analyze website performance, such as visitor traffic, content reach, user behavior, and online channel effectiveness, and use the data to improve communication and marketing activities.
- Prepare performance reports, findings, and recommendations for management accurately, completely, and on time.
- Use data and results from campaigns, marketing activities, the website, and online channels to continuously develop and improve marketing plans.
Team Management and Project Coordination
- Manage, supervise, and develop two subordinates to ensure they can perform in accordance with departmental objectives.
- Assign tasks, monitor work progress, provide guidance, and support problem solving as appropriate.
- Promote teamwork and develop team capability in alignment with departmental and organizational goals.
- Act as the key function responsible for project management related to marketing and communication by working with the management team and relevant departments to plan, set direction, and monitor project progress.
- Set timelines and submission deadlines for each department to provide relevant information, documents, or content to ensure efficient, complete, and timely execution.
Key Stakeholders
- Internal stakeholders: Marketing, Digital, Curatorial, Programs, Events, Operations, Management, Legal/Compliance, and Partnerships
- External stakeholders: Media, Influencers, KOLs, artists, curators, VIP guests, sponsors, arts and cultural partners, online communities, and general audiences
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communication Arts, Journalism, Marketing, Arts Management, or other related fields
- 1-3 years of experience in public relations, communications, media relations, journalism, marketing, or arts and cultural organizations
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English, including speaking and writing
- Strong PR writing, content organization, and key message communication skills
- Good organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in arts and cultural organizations, museums, galleries, foundations, or non-profit organizations
- Established media network in the arts, culture, lifestyle, business, or luxury sectors
- Familiarity with media monitoring tools and PR reporting
- Additional language skills will be an advantage

PR & Communications Associate
To support deCentral’s public relations and communications activities by building positive relationships with media, influencers, partners, and key stakeholders; developing effective PR content across online and offline channels; supporting exhibitions, events, VIP communications, website and social media updates; and monitoring media coverage, public sentiment, and potential communication issues to strengthen deCentral’s visibility, reputation, and engagement with the art community and public audiences.
Media Relations
- Develop and maintain relationships with local, regional, and international media.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of press releases, media advisories, and press kits.
- Coordinate media outreach for exhibitions, events, public programs, and institutional announcements.
- Monitor media coverage and maintain a comprehensive press archive.
- Prepare media reports and coverage summaries.
Content & Communications (online and offline)
- Draft press releases, exhibition announcements, talking points, fact sheets, and institutional messaging.
- Assist with website news updates and communications materials.
- Support storytelling initiatives that highlight artists, exhibitions, educational programs, and community impact.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all communications channels.
Digital PR / Influencer Relations
- Support the planning and execution of Digital PR initiatives to increase awareness and engagement across online channels.
- Coordinate and build relationships with influencers, KOLs, content creators, online media, and opinion leaders relevant to art, culture, lifestyle, business, and niche audience communities.
- Support the identification and coordination of suitable influencers and KOLs whose profiles align with deCentral’s image, mission, and target audiences.
- Coordinate invitations and attendance of influencers and KOLs for exhibitions, openings, special events, and public programs.
- Monitor and consolidate results from influencer relations, online media exposure, and digital PR activities for PR reporting purposes.
Website & Social Media Support
- Support updates of news, activities, exhibitions, and key announcements on deCentral’s website and relevant online channels.
- Coordinate with the Marketing / Social Media team to ensure communication materials and key messages are accurate, consistent, and aligned across platforms.
- Support the preparation of content for the website, social media, newsletters, and other digital communication channels in both Thai and English.
- Review and verify information, images, captions, and event details before publication on online channels.
- Track basic performance of online content, such as reach, engagement, website updates, and audience feedback, to support continuous improvement of communications.
Issue & Crisis Communication Support
- Support the collection of information and preparation of initial communication materials in response to sensitive issues or situations that may affect the organization’s image and reputation.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, appropriate, and aligned communication during important or sensitive situations.
- Support the preparation of key messages, Q&A, talking points, and briefing notes for leadership, spokespersons, artists, or relevant stakeholders when required.
- Monitor news, online conversations, and public sentiment that may relate to deCentral, artists, exhibitions, programs, or institutional partners.
- Report potential reputational or communication risks to the line manager and relevant teams in a timely and appropriate manner.
Event & VIP Coordination
- Support media invitations, previews, press conferences, exhibition openings, and special events.
- Coordinate media attendance, interview requests, and press registrations.
- Assist with VIP guest management, including collectors, patrons, sponsors, artists, and cultural partners.
- Prepare briefing materials for leadership, artists, and guest speakers.
Partnership & Stakeholder Communications
- Support communications with sponsors, patrons, cultural institutions, government agencies, and community partners.
- Assist in preparing partnership announcements and recognition materials.
- Help maintain stakeholder contact databases and communications records.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track media placements and measure PR performance (such as PR clippings and coverages).
- Maintain press and influencer databases.
- Monitor cultural, arts, and media trends relevant to deCentral’s mission.
- Produce regular communications and PR activity reports.
Administrative Support
- Maintain media contact lists and communications calendars.
- Coordinate approvals and distribution of communications materials.
- Support the Communications team with project management and scheduling as needed.
