Introduction

Angkrit Ajchariyasophon is an artist and curator whose multidisciplinary practice explores the intersections of daily ritual, social phenomena, and environmental change. Often working beyond the production of traditional art objects, Ajchariyasophon’s work emphasizes the experiential nature of "being art"—a philosophy that integrates his creative output with his roles as a gardener and restaurant manager. His practice is characterized by an interest in the "rhythm of change," as seen in his long-term environmental restoration project, Seven Of Pentacles: Forest In Progress (2024–2026), which utilizes site-specific reforestation as a medium for exploring patience and ecological connectivity. Through the gathering of micro-histories and fragments of memory, Ajchariyasophon seeks to document the stillness that coexists within movement. He lives and works between Suphan Buri and Chiang Rai, Thailand.

Event #3 - Creating Collective Agency Through Practice
When artistic and curatorial labour unfolds beyond the exhibition and its artworks through acts of convening, hosting, and enabling creativity, what does it mean to support the work of others, to create platforms, or to facilitate encounters? Following the morning session, the afternoon discussion will explore the dynamics of festivals: how they produce specific modes of working, forms of attention, and relationships, and what traces or afterlives might persist beyond the event itself.
