Introduction

Dyah Nindyasari is an artist-researcher, curator and writer. She has been involved in producing artworks, writings and research as part of the listening initiative Sigisora since 2025 and Milisifilem Collective since 2024. Dyah studied the region of South and Southeast Asia at Leiden University for her Bachelor's (2020-) and finished her thesis on a particular modernity of monsoon-affected regions built on colonial infrastructural & mapping legacies. For Sigisora, she contributed to the research project "Futures of Listening: Water Knowledge from Two Cities" (2024-26) and Listening Biennial Jakarta 2025.
